All jokes aside, no I am not. I also just looked at their blog briefly and I definitely would not make a blog that talked and debate hannigram, especially in a neutral way. My hate for that ship can never be contained. But I wish them the best in their journey over a topic that I have no desire to be part of. ✌️
Was a hard core hannigram shipper but now I am not . I guess that's an upgrade?
I’m all for ship and let ship, as long as you don’t force your ship and/or opinions on me. But I’m always happy to welcome new ones to the non-hannigram shipper side.
I'm years late so feel free to ignore this but Will Graham is one of my favorite fictional characters ever and everyone here is a Hannigram shipper and it sucks. I can't go through Will's tag without seeing people try to claim that Hannigram is "mutual abuse" and that Will made his own choices and there was no manipulation. They completely ignore the unequal power dynamics and ignore that mutual abuse isn't real. There was one abuser in the relationship and one person who eventually retaliated after getting an axe put in his head. They use Will killing to prove he's just as bad as Hannibal but even if Will is bad for killing a serial killer I've yet to see proof of how Will was bad in Hannigram's dynamic. Like what did Will do to Hamnibal? Put him in jail? What did he do to Hannibal that was the same as what Hannibal did to him? I'm convinced the only reason Will went back to Hannibal was because he was gaslighted into oblivion and had his support systematically targeted to the point where he was convinced he couldn't find anyone else except the murderer who repeatedly kept telling him he was secretly evil because he has the "mind of a serial killer." (Like having intrusive thoughts defines you) he was systematically groomed

Will was abused and there was no mutual abuse. Hannibal was always in control and anyone who denies that is willfully blinding themselves to that fact. Plain and simple. He gaslit Will and manipulated him until Will finally thought all he had was Hannibal and the monster he thought he was. So you are definitely not alone in your thoughts.
I’ve always said ‘ship and let ship’. But also don’t ignore the fact that you like a toxic, abusive relationship besties. 😘
okay but like not every relationship is healthy, hannibal is obsessed with will and throws everything away for him since he’s a lovesick fool and will knows himself with hannibal. it’s a dark and twisted relationship but nonetheless a beautiful one (oh and also it’s canon)
I’m glad you’re able to see that it’s unhealthy (ie. toxic and abusive). You may see it as beautiful, but I don’t. So I’m obviously not the blog for you. And just because it’s “canon” doesn’t make it good. ✌️ Have the day you deserve!
